Camat pagi suma...
Erm,busannya ari2 mnggu ni...xtahu nk wt gapo(aik,kecek klate lak aku nih)huhu..
Neway, pg td aku tiba2 lak rajin nk jogging..
Nk tmbhkn stamina n maintain the body..Kira 2 in 1 la..
Target nk sampai 45kg..ok x lau berat aku 45kg???balance x ngn aku nye tnggi yg
xseberapa tnggi nih??hahaha...
So, aku pn joging la ngn mmber aku, WAhida..Kt tasik depan Kolej aku ni jer..
Ok la, tp joging xsmpai 10 rOund pn..hahahaha...
Sok nk joging lg...
